QA Intern 

Our future QA teammate will help us seamlessly release new features and application improvements while providing our customers with a reliable product. This person possesses an innate curiosity, attention to detail, the ability to understand how complex technical systems work together, and can effectively communicate across teams in order to deploy software improvements on an ongoing basis.

 

The kind of problems you’ll help us solve:

  • How can we improve regression test coverage in order to seamlessly test new features?

  • What improvements can we make to existing test suites?

  • How might we enhance communication about application improvements across the business?

  • How can we better assess, document, fix and verify fixes for bugs reported by teammates?

You’ll help us solve those problems if you:

  • Have some familiarity with the JSON data format, SQL, HTML, Javascript, or another language

  • Have used or are willing to learn Ghost Inspector

  • Desire to independently interact with multi-functional teams

  • Communicate effectively at all levels of an organization and between technical and non-technical teams
