Customer Content Intern 

Our future teammate will empower our clients to tell compelling stories. This role will assist customers at every stage of the process and help new users better understand how to use our platform.

 

The kind of problems you’ll help us solve:

  • How can we use data to tell compelling stories about and for our customers?

  • How can we better develop and drive the full customer life cycle?

  • What impact are the current marketing efforts having and where should we focus in the future?

  • How might we foster advocacy and knowledge sharing amongst our customer base?

You’ll help us solve those problems if you:

  • Have experience in public policy, governments, urban planning, marketing, journalism, or other related fields

  • Have experience with or are eager to learn to translate technical workflows and complex data for public consumption

  • Are interested in creating original content and working with different teams to write social media posts, website content, blogs, and help documentation

  • Have interest in working on digital marketing efforts and analyzing their impact

  • Desire to independently interact with multi-functional teams

  • Communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
